No account-manager layer
The team is deliberately small. The people who build your campaigns are the people you talk to about them, so nothing is lost between the person who promised and the person who delivers.
About
Founded in 2016, with over 20 years of marketing experience behind the work. We fill rooms and we fill shifts, for operators who are measured on census and on staffing, and who have usually been disappointed by a generalist agency first.
The firm
Inertia began as a full-service agency. Senior living turned out to be different work: a sales cycle measured in months, a buyer who is rarely the resident, and the number that matters sitting in a CRM most agencies never ask to see.
So we stopped taking everything else. Every campaign we run is for a senior living operator, and we arrive knowing what independent living costs to fill against memory care, why the adult daughter is the buyer in assisted living, and what a caregiver applicant should cost before anyone has interviewed them.
The founder
Founder, Inertia Digital Marketing
Adam founded Inertia in 2016 after six years at large and boutique digital advertising agencies and, before that, on Music Row in Nashville, in management and marketing for some of country music's biggest stars. Over twenty years in the work, the last decade of it running census and recruitment campaigns for senior living operators.
He presented the PARTNER framework at SMASH 2025 alongside a client's VP of Marketing, and he still builds the campaigns rather than managing the people who do. The dashboard you see is the one he works from.
How we work
The team is deliberately small. The people who build your campaigns are the people you talk to about them, so nothing is lost between the person who promised and the person who delivers.
An MQL is a number an agency can move without helping you. Cost per move-in and cost per qualified hire are harder to move and harder to fake, so those are the numbers on the dashboard.
Your director, your CFO, and your regional see the dashboard we run the work from. No Friday slide deck, no reporting lag, no version of the truth that only exists in a QBR.
Each figure we publish states what it measures, what it is compared against, and where it is weakest, on a methodology page anyone can read. Hold our case studies to that test, and hold every other agency's to it too.
Recognition
We do not publish our client list, so this is the proof that does not require naming anyone: talks given, and awards from bodies that judge on verified reviews or on the work itself.
Presented Future-Focused Funnels: Rethinking Lead Gen with the PARTNER Framework, alongside a client's VP of Marketing.
Awarded on the basis of verified client reviews rather than a submitted entry.
International creative awards programme, judged on the work itself.
Recognised among Florida's top-rated B2B service providers.
What we run on
Named, because an agency that will not tell you what it uses is usually hiding either a reseller margin or the absence of one.

Operator FAQ
Inertia is a performance marketing agency working exclusively with senior living operators across the United States. It has served more than 100 communities since 2016, with over twenty years of marketing experience behind it, and covers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and CCRC or life plan communities.
No. The vertical focus is the product: pattern recognition across 100+ communities is only worth something because the communities are comparable. Work in other verticals predates the repositioning.
No. Running two operators against each other in the same metro would drive up both their costs and compromise both engagements. Market exclusivity is agreed at the outset.
